Mr. Moseley is also affiliated with Washington & Congress Managers, LLC, the successor manager of Triumph Partners III, L.P. Mr. Moseley helped establish Triumph Capital Group, Inc. in 1990 and was President from 1998 until 2003. He was previously a Managing Director of Drexel Burnham Lambert and had prior experience with Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and Merrill Lynch White Weld. He has served as a director of Abbey Healthcare, Allied Healthcare, BORN Information Services, Box USA, First Communications, LogistiCare and Value Asset Management, among others, and as a board observer in other companies. Mr. Moseley is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Columbia University.

He has served as a director of Connell Limited Partnership and HAAS Publishing Company as well as several not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Landers is a graduate of Williams College and received his MBA from Yale University.

He was previously a Managing Director at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has served as a director of 24 Hour Fitness, American Cellular, Ballard Petroleum, Certus Corporation, International Computer Graphics and Precision Components Group, among others, and as a board observer in other companies. Mr. Lane is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Hills previously was the Senior Partner of BG Affiliates, a middle-market private equity firm at which he had investment and operating roles. He was previously with The LEK Partnership, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bain & Company. He has served as a director of K-Bro Linen Systems (Canada), IXI Mobile (Israel), hedge funds managed by Basso Capital Management, and several other U.S. and Canadian companies. Mr. Hills is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
