Mr. Moseley is also affiliated with Washington & Congress Managers, LLC, the successor manager of Triumph Partners III, L.P.
Mr. Moseley helped establish Triumph Capital Group, Inc. in 1990 and was President from 1998 until 2003. He was previously a Managing Director of Drexel
Burnham Lambert and had prior experience with Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and Merrill Lynch White Weld. He has served as a director of Abbey Healthcare, Allied
Healthcare, BORN Information Services, Box USA, First Communications, LogistiCare and Value Asset Management, among others, and as a board observer in other
companies. Mr. Moseley is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Columbia University. |
