Mr. Hills previously was the Senior Partner of BG Affiliates, a middle-market private equity firm at which he had investment and operating roles.
He was previously with The LEK Partnership, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bain & Company. He has served as a director of K-Bro Linen Systems (Canada), IXI Mobile (Israel), hedge
funds managed by Basso Capital Management, and several other U.S. and Canadian companies. Mr. Hills is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his MBA from Harvard
