E. David Hetz | Senior Advisor (Boston)
Mr. Hetz joined LLM as a senior advisor in 2010 and is a founder and managing member of Cutlass Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm established in 2001 to invest in healthcare services and medical technology companies. From 1987 through 1999 he was a senior investment banker with Robertson Stephens & Co., serving as co-head of investment banking, head of the mergers & acquisitions department and member of the management committee. Prior experience was with Smith Barney & Co. and Warburg Paribas Becker. Mr. Hetz has served as a director of Alere Medical, Byram Healthcare, i-Many, IntelliCare, Titan Health and Vital Signs. He currently serves as a director of L&L Acquisition Corp. Additionally, he serves on the boards of trustees of Claremont McKenna College and the Middlesex School and on the advisory boards of the Kravis Leadership Institute and Charles River Consulting. Mr. Hetz is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. |
